Back in 2005 we purchased one of the first fully automated fortune cookie machines from a Japanese family who had grown tired. Due to the amount of time to produce each cookie and the cost of the high quality ingredients we quickly learned that we couldn’t compete with the larger distributors who supplied restaurants.

We stared on Ebay and grew our client list to include CNN, HTC, Kate Spade and Google. While big business is great we still love working with the Bride and Groom, Small Business Owner and Proud to be Mother.
